What are you offering?
You probably spend on marketing already. We will take over your marketing, we will run your ads on FB and Google for free. You continue to pay for your ads, which are branded to you on your accounts and pages, and instead of paying a monthly retainer (to Zillow or other marketing companies), you’d pay only if you close the deal. The investment then would be 25% of your commission.
Who are you and how qualified are you to run my ads?
I personally have been in digital marketing since 2010 and have been in the real estate space since 2016. Before starting my own firm, I led SEO and digital marketing efforts at realtor.com and Ten-X Commercial. Check out my → Linkedin profile. What are your results? How many agents are working with you on this system? What's your success like?
We typically set anywhere between 5 to 10 appointments in a month and up to 3 of those convert into listing agreements. I’m happy to connect you with a client of mine if you’d be interested. We've served over 200 agents in the past 3 years of the business, and just in the past 8 months have delivered over 320 listings.
How much will it cost me? What is the typical Facebook or google ad cost an agent for you guys to run the marketing how much is that gonna cost me?
It’s going to cost you probably the same, if not less than what you are already spending. Our successful agents spend about $30 a day and typically close 3 to 6 transactions in the first six months. More experienced agents, depending on ad spend, close 15 - 30 or more in 6 months.
There are companies out there who don’t charge a dime upfront and take referral fees on close. Why don’t you cover the ad cost and take the fees after I close?
I run the ads exclusive to you and these leads are exclusive to you. Other companies share the leads if you don’t claim in 10 seconds.
This is personalized to you and this is a done with you program. We don’t generate generic leads. We run the ads branded to you.
Those companies are backed by wall street and have deep pocket fundings. I’m a small business owner, I don’t have deep pockets.
What is considered an appointment? How do you qualify for a lead?
Lead owns a property and is considering selling it.
Lead is willing to talk to you, an agent at a predetermined time and hear out your plan to get them the best offer. They don’t have a contract with another agent.
These two conditions need to be met for it to be an appointment. Once we run the ads for you, we will field all the incoming leads. We will call them, text them and get in touch with them. We ask them what they want and how we can help. If they are qualified leads that you can help, we will introduce them to you so you can show them your expertise and close them. We qualify them just the way you’d qualify. We have a set of questions we ask and we typically get a sense of if you can help them. 2 years of work, cash on hand, credit score, motivation for buying or selling, working with other agents, etc.
Am I paying for the ad spend AND 25% or only 25% when I close?
Let me ask you this … Do you pay for any marketing right now? Do you pay for ads? Do you pay any marketing company to run the ads? Do you think you are getting value for the money spent? If not, then try us out. You continue to spend your money on ads, and instead of paying us a retainer, pay us only when you close the deal. Instead of retainer irrespective of whether you close or not, we want to empower you to close the deals. And when you close, we take a 25% marketing fee.
How do you get the leads/appointments?
We run ads and do your marketing to generate leads. If we fall short, we even get the leads from county records and then we use tools to find FSBOs, FRBOs, and Absentee Owners and layer Fed DNC on top of it to get the right list that we can dial for your market at a city, county, zip code level.
Are they actual in-person appointments or over the phone?
We have spoken to these leads and they are interested in hearing what you have to say. We set these appointments so you can meet them in person by their property, give them a home evaluation and get the conversation started. There are a few instances when people want to talk to you first before meeting you or they are out of town etc. In those cases, you could call them first and build a rapport and take the next steps. These are just the way you'd set appointments if you were prospecting yourself! Here are some examples of appointments we have sent.

Do they know a realtor is coming by to meet and potentially sell the property?
We communicate that you are a local expert and an agent and we represent you. You can get great offers for their property and you'd need to see the condition of the property and give them a plan to get the top dollar.
What are the hours of operations?
We operate all over the country (United States) and we send the leads between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time.
What if the lead doesn't answer my phone?
We make every attempt to communicate and remind the lead about the appointment. No show is part of the sales game. We treat the no-show just the way we treat the no-show in our sales process. We add them to the database, follow up and add value. Reach out to us and we will help you follow up also!
How long is the commitment for? Do you have a contract?
Great Question! You can terminate the contract anytime you are unhappy with how things are going and hassle-free. The agreement for the marketing fee is valid for 1 year from the time the lead is generated. For example, if a lead was generated on July 1st, 2022, a marketing fee is due as long as the lead enters into an agreement with the client on or before June 30, 2023. You agree to update the status of the lead on a pre-defined cadence in the CRM for all of us to be on the same page.
